Unfortunately, Tresor Bouquets does not accept returns. If you want to cancel an order, please make sure to contact us 24 hours or less after you place the order. Please contact us at info@tresorbouquets.com with any questions, comments, or concerns, and we will do everything possible to assist you. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of placing an order, your order cannot be cancelled. Additionally, if your order is already in the process of being created, it cannot be cancelled for any reason whatsoever. Note that a same day order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
